Clear your Phobias
Phobia’s are a fear based mental state. Phobia’s can make you feel apprehensive and you may want to avoid certain situations. The opposite end of the scale when left untreated phobia’s can escalate to a panic attack. Phobia’s can restrict your life and choices about jobs, social situations etc. A Phobia may have been triggered from a single bad experience which when faced with a similar situation, your subconscious will aim to protect you and reinforces the phobic behaviour. Examples of Phobia’s are, fear of animals such as snakes, spiders, birds, frogs, insects etc.
