Overcome your Fears

Being fearful can serve to protect us and an element of fear is necessary to keep us safe. When we are in a fearful state, a fight or flight situation, our automatic protection mechanisms kick in to either get us out of trouble or to stay and fight to survive. The fight or flight protection can also be known as fight, flight or freeze, the freeze is when you are overcome with fear that you cannot move and are literally frozen with fear. Fears can include a number of things, fear of the dark, being alone, fear of water, fear of flying, enclosed spaces, the list is endless. Hypnotherapy and NLP coaching can help you overcome your fears.
